Nakheel United Real Estate Company is a Kuwaiti company registered on April 5, 2001 in Kuwait and owned by Kuwait Finance House with a capital of 50 million Kuwaiti dinars.

The company acquires, sells, leases and develops real estates and lands owned by the company or on behalf of others inside and outside Kuwait according to the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

The basis of the company is development of distinctive projects which in turn contributes generally to urban renaissance and improving the architectural facade of the State of Kuwait.

In addition, the company manages stages of feasibility studies of proposed projects, design and implementation of these projects.

We, at Nakheel United Real Estate Company, are keen to preserve the right of the real estate investors through control of quality, cost and time of their projects.

The company also carries out technical and economic feasibility studies for future projects in addition to providing advices in most areas of real estate.
