The Department of project development studies and follow-up all the design work for real estate projects owned by Nakheel United Real Estate Company or Kuwait Finance House, or other clients.

These projects include various kinds of commercial, industrial or residential projects. It ensures their conformity with the engineering plans, financial goals and purposes for which they were created.

The Department is also conducting numerous studies and researches to determine the size of the different types of real estate markets and to evaluate multiple opportunities in the real estate local and global arena.

It also manages Istisna projects which are created by providing facilities for special funding through Kuwait Finance House or other funders to finance real estate projects which are owned by either corporations or individuals.
